Jewel D Neill Jewel: 0304: How Did It Get Its Name?

Jewel: 0304: How did it get its name? - jewel d neill

I've always been fascinated with the title of the 2003 Jewel album "0304". I was reading in an interview, probably in the same year he released, he said he had explained the origin of the title and will not explain it again. Well, I missed the memo, and I could not find anything online. Can anyone fill me? Thank you.

  1. He explained that the title of this August 2003 interview:

Bernie Taupin: So, tell me Funny, but the title of his new album, 0304 [Atlantic indicate].

Jewel: I do not want to give the title, which sounded like the recording. I like the clinical form of numbers, so I went to 0304, because it really does take a pop-culture. In fact, writing this album was released in June, I knew it was a record of approximately 2003 and 2004 - I wrote in December (2002) and in January [2003]. The change was so fast, so they can discuss current events, politics, icons of pop culture, and remain relevant.
